Download and fill the Tax Resale Certificate. As a requirement, we ask that you use the same First and Last name & Company name during account creation on our website and in the Tax Resale Certificate form.
Email us at tax@thelemontee.com with the filled Tax Resale Certificate, as well as a scan/picture of your Sales and Use Tax Permit (or necessary proof of tax exemption document).
